This has not been an issue for quite some time. Around update 1.18, the app will use default values if it is unable to load data from storage
Solution:
This should no longer be an issue as the App will use default data if it is unable to load data from your device's storage
Cause:
This issue is caused by your device being unable to load data that the Apps save to your device.
